Terms and conditions of participation

  1. A citizen who has registered a Profile on the Website of the Hotel Complex and is a capable citizen in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation can become a participant in the Program.

  2. After registering a Profile on the Hotel Complex's Website, the Guest receives a Virtual Loyalty Program Participant Card of the appropriate level, with which it will be possible to book rooms with a discount corresponding to the Card level on the official website of the Hotel Complex. The card is considered activated from the moment of receipt.

    If a plastic card of a Loyalty Program participant was issued earlier, after registering the Profile and entering the phone number specified in the Questionnaire upon receipt of the Card, the new virtual Card will be linked to the created Profile. The previously accumulated nights will be transferred to a new virtual Card within 5 days from the moment of Profile registration.

  3. Discounts on accommodation in the Hotel Complex are provided upon issuance of the card for guests who have made a reservation on the official website of the Hotel Complex, subject to clause 2.6 of the terms of the loyalty program "permanent guest card".

  4. For convenience of calculation, rooms are accepted as a unit of accumulation in the Program. Room-nights will not be charged upon cancellation of the reservation and in case of "no-show" (guest's no-show).

  5. Rooms and nights are credited to the Card 5 days after the guest's departure at 10:00 Moscow time.

  6. The program is cumulative. The Guest can find out the current balance of the savings account in the Guest's personal account on the booking form. When a certain number of rooms and nights accumulate, the Card level changes automatically.

    • The card levels of this Program apply only to the Program participant

    • Discounts on accommodation are provided only on condition of: direct booking on the Website of the Hotel Complex.

    • Discounts on the Loyalty Card do not apply to additional services of the hotel Complex.

    • Discounts cannot be given in monetary terms.

  7. The card does not apply to the services of the Lobby Bar, the Magnolia Restaurant.

  8. The card is perpetual unless the card has been cancelled. Cancellation of the card, in case of its non-demand on the part of the Guest (the guest has not lived in the hotel for 3 years), is carried out after three years from the date of the Guest's last stay in the Hotel Complex.

  9. By deciding to participate in the Program and registering a Profile on the Hotel Complex's Website, the Program participant hereby gives his consent to the Program organizer to collect, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, modify), use, distribute (including transfer), depersonalize, block, and destroy the following personal data: last name; first name; patronymic; date of birth; phone number; e-mail address; other data related to the fulfillment of the program conditions for the duration of its validity.

  10. In case of violation by the participant of the "Rules of Accommodation" at the hotel, as well as the rules of participation in the Program, the Card may be cancelled with notification of the Guest by an employee of the reception and service department or the booking department, as well as with an explanation of the reasons for the cancellation verbally or by email to the participant's email address.

  11. The Hotel Complex reserves the right to make changes to the Program or suspend its operation unilaterally by notifying the participant at least 14 days in advance using one of the following methods:

    • by sending an email to the participant's email address;
    • by sending an SMS message;
    • by posting information on the Website of the Hotel Complex.
