Up to what age are children allowed free accommodation?Response: There is no charge for children under 7 years old staying in the same room with their parents without providing an extra bed. When providing an additional seat, the fee is charged according to the current price list.

Is it possible to stay with pets?Response: Accommodation in a room with pets is possible strictly by prior agreement with the administration of the hotel complex upon presentation of a veterinary passport with valid vaccination marks. An additional 300 rubles per day is paid for each pet. The hotel does not provide pet care facilities, but at the request of the Guest we will provide materials for a bed (bedding) or bathing (towel (rag)). The responsibility for pets lies with their owners.
